Thank you for purchasing artwork from Neverwork. We are dedicated to ensuring that each piece reaches you in perfect condition and exactly as intended. Due to the unique nature of each work, we do not accept returns unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged piece and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including arranging for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Please note that all requests for returns due to damage must be documented and submitted within this timeframe.
